What to expect from your ac service experience

1. The Phone Call
We guarantee service within 60 minutes. When you call, we’ll answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We’ll quickly assess an idea of what the problem is and assign the technician. You’ll receive an e-mail with the picture and bio of the technician coming to your house. You’ll also receive a phone call from that technician
2. The Service Call
When the technician arrives, he’ll be in a company van and uniform so who we are as soon as we pull onto your property. After your introduction, he will discuss the Complimentary Safety Check:
- Health Hazards
- Improper Electrical Wiring,
- Conduit and Connections,
- Refrigerant Lines,
- Duct Work,
- Carbon Monoxide levels
- Drain Lines,
- Emergency Pans
- Other various connections
Once the Safety check if complete, he’ll discuss the Straight Forward Pricing Guide. We are a family owned and operated local ac company whose mission is build on honesty and integrity.
At this point, the technician will perform the ac service to determine what is wrong. We’ll always keep you in the know and discuss all of your options immediately following the assessment of the issue. Once a decision has been made, the ac technician will expeditiously repair your unit(s).
Now you’re all set! You’ll receive a copy of the invoice and the option to easily pay online.
